Is Peptaluxe suitable for all skin types?

Yes. Peptaluxe is designed for most skin types, including dry, normal, combination and mature skin. We recommend patch testing before first use.
How do I use Peptaluxe?

Apply 2–3 drops to clean skin morning and evening. Gently massage into the face, neck and décolletage before applying moisturiser.
Can I use Peptaluxe morning and night?

Absolutely. Peptaluxe can be used both AM and PM. For morning use, always finish with a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ or higher to help protect your skin from daily UV exposure and support your skincare results.
When will I start seeing results?

Many users notice immediate hydration and a healthy glow. Continued use over 4–12 weeks may help improve the appearance of skin texture, radiance and fine lines.
What makes Peptaluxe different?

Can I use Peptaluxe with other skincare products?

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and our team will be happy to assist with a replacement or resolution.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically dispatched the same business day when placed before our daily cut-off time. Standard shipping generally arrives within 1–3 business days Australia-wide, while Express Post orders are typically delivered the next business day depending on your location and Australia Post service availability.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on a flat rate basis. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
